Coaching Philosophy

I have been a passionate fan of this game since I can remember and it has had a tremendous impact in my life.

I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where soccer is the most spoken language. I have played “futbol” since I can remember and it is my intention to pass on the love of this game to all my players. I truly believe we never stop learning and always looking to improve my coaching methodology in this constant evolving sport.

My sessions are competitive, high paced and challenging. I try to give the players tools for optimal decision making, and have autonomy when doing so. I like to keep players engaged, asking questions and letting them discover the game through experiential learning.

I strive for my players to be respectful on and off the field, work hard and enjoy the game that will change their lives forever!
